Yesterday you and I shared 2 Oreo cookies. You told mommy about it today. You said, “Last night daddy and I had yo yo cookies.” And then you smiled real big and said, “They were so yummy!”
Being a dad is AWESOME!
On Saturday we went to the Date Festival. It was soo much fun. We watched ostrich races and camel races and pig races. We ate Fair food and looked at lots of neat exhibits. It was so much by the end of the day you had fallen asleep on my shoulders.

You performed in the Nutcracker today and you did SO well. I’ll have pictures and some video up tomorrow. All I can say is AWESOME! We were all so proud of you doing the dancing. My heart swelled with joy to see you enjoying yourself so much up on stage.
Nothing to do with the picture, but tonight while you were eating dinner you didn’t want to eat all of the Soy Beans in front of you. So you said to mommy, “I’m only going to eat …” and then you counted 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 on your right hand; 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 on your left hand; 11, 12, 13 … ” oh man, I lost count!” You said.
So, you started again: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 on your right hand; 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 on your left hand; 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 on your right foot; 16, 17, 18, 19, 21 (I’m not sure what 20 has done to upset you, but it sure seems to be numerae non gratae) on your left foot. Mommy and I almost fell over laughing.
