Tonight while I was eating my dinner (ravioli) you asked me, “What are you eating daddy?” I told you ravioli and then I asked you, “What shape is my ravioli?” You replied, “It’s a triangle!” And I asked, “How do you know?” and you said, “It has one … two … free sides … and one … two … free angles.”
I think the Sesame Street is really paying off
It really confuses you when you look at the pictures from our (me and Mommy) wedding. It confuses you that you aren’t there. Tanner is there. Cassaday is there. Tommy and Taylor … they are there too. Even Taytum is there. But Abby … there is no Abby in the picture!
How can this be? Where are you? Well, you came up with a hypothesis all on your own. You are standing behind mommy’s wedding dress.
I don’t know how you came to that conclusion, but since you have, the picture seems to be a little less disconcerting for you.
It’s been a busy crazy week and I just havent’ had the time I want to take a picture and post something. Ugh. Too much going on. Hopefully I’ll be able to get something tomorrow though.
An oldie but goodie.
Yesterday at a birthday party you got this cool Little Pony that when placed in water will grow to 6 times it’s original size. Pretty cool, huh? Well we put it in a glass of water yesterday and you’d keep checking it and say, “I don’t think it’s grown yet” and then carry on with what ever you were doing before you checked.
This morning when we went to go get you milk you walked into the kitchen and you had your eyes covered and I coulnd’t fiure out what you were doing. Just as I was about to ask, you uncovered your eyes and looked at the little pony in the glass of water and said, “It’s bigger! It’s bigger!” and had the most gigantic grin on your face ever.
I don’t have a picture of what it looked like when we started, but this is what got you really excited this morning:
