Stalling

“Daadeee …. daaaadeeee ….” your small voice cried out. I went to investigate, see what you needed.

Usually when you’re stalling, you want water, or you need to be tucked in again, or some other ‘trick;. Tonight, however, when I went to check on you, you were standing at your door, holding the large zip loc baggie that stores your magnet doll and her accessories.

You said something that I didn’t quite understand, so i went into you room, and there, in it’s container (instead of strewn about all over the floor!) was your magnet doll, neatly put away. You were just having a hard time putting it into its bag.

So, I helped you put it away and then tucked you in one last time.

I realize that you’re probably just stalling, to stay up even 1 minute later, but man if it wasn’t one of the darn cutest things EVER!
