OK, so again, not the best place to put this maybe, but honestly … the Dodgers, who were 1-12 going into this series went to Wrigley field in Chicago and took 2 from the NL best record Cubs and did it in brutal fashion. They scored 17 runs in 2 games. I don’t think they scored 17 runs in July …
But on to other stuff. Tonight we went over to Ninley’s house for a party to celebrate mommy’s birthday. She is going to turn 30 tomorrow! Amber and Shari both made very good food (although you didn’t want to eat anything it seemed like!). We were there past your bed time and when we were getting ready to leave you wanted to stay in Ninley’s fixed bed (instead of your ‘broken’ bed). It was so very cute and someday the two of you will have a sleepover, but not tonight. Tonight we came home and watched the last 2+ innings of the Dodgers game … well, you fell asleep in the 8th and continued to sleep on Mommy. Just like when you were a little teeny-tiny baby.
